Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
1) Orders will be shipped either using USPS First-Class Mail or UPS
2) Shipments typically arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is processed
3) Tracking information will be sent to customer via email after order is processed
4) Orders placed after 5pm ET will be shipped out the following Business Day
5) Grammy's Healthy Living is not responsible for goods damaged or stolen during shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1) Grammy's Healthy Living does not currently ship orders outside of the United States of America
Return Policy
REFUNDS - If you desire a refund or exchange simply Notify us within seven days of purchase to receive a full refund once the product is received back in our warehouse.
**NOTE** Opened products will NOT be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
METHOD OF REFUND - We'll refund your full purchase price (minus shipping) in the form of an electronic refund to the credit card used to make the purchase once the product has been received and inspected that it is unopened nor damaged.
RETURNS PROCESS
1) Email us at sstarkey@sstarcareproducts.com within 7-days of your receipt of the product to request a return or refund.
2) Once we receive your request and explanation, then receive the product unopened or undamaged, we will then issue a refund for the product amount (minus shipping costs) to the original credit card used to purchase and email you a confirmation.
