Hi everyone, I am Sue also known by many as Grammy. I am the creator of Grammy's Healthy Living and the mother of seven children, all of whom are now grown adults. As you can imagine, raising seven children came with many ailments, aches, pains, and medical scares for all of us. My hope was always (if possible) to find the most organic and healthiest ways to heal and live.
Over the years of research and trial and error I have found many natural and holistic remedies that have helped both my children and myself. My goal is to share as many of these items and techniques as possible in one easy to find place to help everyone live a happier and healthier life with the help of Earth's natural ingredients.
